Pictures are NO justice!

This place was MORE than expected. The pictures are very good pictures and accurate but the place looked even better than the pictures. The check in process was VERY easy. The parking passes, Wifi information, and information about the area were sitting on the bar. The stock of the place was beyond what I have seen in most condos. The abundance of needed supplies, beach chairs, blow up mattresses already blown up, extra trash bags and more was amazing! 10 out of 10 recommend and will be back!

My experience!

The property was very clean and the views were amazing!! However, my only drawbacks were the restrooms do not have grab bars in either shower/tub. Grab bars are needed to stabilize for balance on wet surfaces. I felt unsteady and unsafe when entering the tub. Also the rooms could use more adequate lighting. The lights were very dim. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Pensacola Beach stay

Furnace filter filthy. When you have allergies, makes it difficult to breathe. Refrigerator water filter needed changing. Couldn’t use the water function on refrigerator. Refrigerator too warm. Had to add ice to milk and other drinks. Freezer was good. Rugs were filthy. Initially couldn’t find a broom. When we searched further, found a filthy one hidden way behind washer/drier unit. Supposed to have a vacuum but never found one. Larger frying pan was so cheap and thin and warped we rendered it useless. Garbage disposal was plugged and we had no water in the kitchen for 4 days. Some one came from Vacasa and realized we needed a plumber. Plumbers came 3 days later and said pipes were plugged all the way down the building. Fixed as best they could but it ultimately leaked between sink and dishwasher when dishwasher was run. We discussed all the complaints with Vacasa rep in person. Assured us all would be taken care of in 24 hours but never heard from anyone again. Never came back after saying all filters and concerns would be taken care of. No grab bars or mats in showers. Dangerous. Sheets didn’t fit properly on any of the beds. Location was beautiful and the views. Front door looked so battered and doorstop wouldn’t stay up. Furnishings were great if only the light bulbs had been appropriate. Important parts not cleaned were the disappointment and inconvenience. Despite all negative, had a good week. Sure hope these issues will be addressed.
