Very kind owner, nice and clean house and stunning view

We had a perfect stay. The house lies in a quiet environment with a beautiful view over the sea. We loved having breakfast or dinner at the balcony enjoying this view. All rooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms and you can use a washing machine. We arrived early and Mario gave us a bathroom, living room, Terras and kitchen to use till we could check in. Very kind. We would definitely recommend this place.

Sea and mountain view apt in villa - The best location to explore the North East area!

This 3beds/2baths apartment is in the best location you can wish for when visiting the North East coast of Sardinia. It is at only 5 minutes drive from San Teodoro and close to any tourist attractions in the area. But at the same time it guarantees a quite and relaxing environment, as it is located in a very calm area, surrounded by the mountains, and with an amazing view to the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, with a huge outdoor area with barbecue. The best spot of the apartment is the huge private terrace, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunrise on the beach of “La Cinta” (one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the area) from one side, and the evergreen mountains from the other. Mario is an amazing host, and a very kind person. He greeted us at the place, and showed us the apartment with a big smile on his face. He was available for us during the entire stay for any suggestions or help we needed. Finally the apartment is very spaciousness, and sparkling clean. All in all, a perfect apartment, in the perfect area, managed by the perfect host! HYGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mario’s home was absolutely perfect, we had a wonderful stay. The property is stunning, patio is large and has an amazing view of mountains and sea. It also has the best view of the sunrise! The location is perfect, you are a 5 min drive from downtown san Teodoro, only 20mins from the airport, and within 15 mins of so many great beaches. Perfect central location but also so quiet and peaceful. The house is very large, you get the upper level with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Mario lives at the lower level and is an active farmer, he had piglets during our stay, it was so much fun to see them every morning! There are also various fruit trees on the property which Mario said we could enjoy the fruits from. The house was stocked with essentials such as towels, toilet paper, paper towel, salt, oil etc. Mario was an excellent host, he provided us with 2 sets of keys and gate fobs as we had 2 cars. We stayed with an infant and he was kind enough to have a crib set up in our room. He also gave us a bottle of wine on check in. Overall excellent stay, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida in questa casa vacanza. Mario, il proprietario che abita sotto, è stato incredibile, sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, senza mai essere invadente. La casa è spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti in auto, mentre il giardino è grande e immerso nel verde, perfetto per momenti di relax. Un'esperienza davvero piacevole, sicuramente da ripetere!

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber Mario ist sehr lieb und darauf bedacht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Die Terrasse schaut direkt auf den Osten. Morgens kann man einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bewundern. Die Unterkunft liegt örtlich sehr praktisch. In San Teodoro gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Abends kann man ab 21 Uhr auf dem tollen Künstlermarkt schlendern. Dennoch wohnt man ruhig und abgelegen. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können diese saubere und ruhige Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Maison avec vue, terrasse et jardin splendides ! Deux places de parking dans la propriété juste à côté de l'entrée de la maison.Climatisation dans les trois chambres ainsi que dans le séjour.Emplacement pratique à la campagne (calme) à 5-10 minutes du centre et des plages de San Teodoro.Mario est un hôte réactif et sympathique, mais il ne parle que l'italien...Très bon séjour dans cette propriété.Merci Mario!

Dieser Urlaub hat für uns und unsere Kinder keine Wünsche offen gelassen: ein Gastgeber, dem die Gäste am Herzen liegen, ein Haus und Garten zum wohlfühlen und entspannen und das Meer mit seinen wunderschönen Stränden in greifbarer Nähe, an einem Ort, an dem man sich willkommen fühlt. Was sollen wir noch hin zufügen? Eine Fabelhafte Lage mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf das Meer und die Tiere (Kühe und Schweine) die die vorbildlich von Mario mit viel Platz artgerecht gehalten werden. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, geräumige Zimmer, Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen und große Panoramaterrasse. Auch das Haus wurde uns sauber und ordentlich übergeben und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, um das Zentrum von San Teodoro aber auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Mario ist ein toller Gastgeber und eine sehr nette Person. Er stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts für alle Anregungen oder Hilfe zur Verfügung, die wir brauchten.

Bellissima casa e bellissima vista

La casa è in una bellissima posizione con una vista molto bella. Nella terrazza ti puoi godere il panorama a qualsiasi ora del giorno. In pochi minuti puoi raggiungere via auto molte spiagge e località. Equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. Non ti manca nulla. Mario che abita sotto è molto rispettoso della tua privacy ed è sempre disponibile. Siamo stati veramente bene. Grazie

Wunderbar!

Die Wohnung ist einfach super. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern schön groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Aussicht ist einfach wunderbar mit Blick auf dem Meer. So konnten wir auf der großen Terasse mit dem herrlichen Blick richtig entspannen. Die Wohnung wurde vom lieben Gastgeber Mario sehr sauber übergeben und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Obwohl Mario in der unteren Wohnung wohnt wird die Privatsphäre eingehalten. Von der Lage her liegt die Wohnung nur wenige Kilometer von San Teodoro entfernt und den Traumstrand La Cinta kann man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Während der Touri Zeit ist die Stadt voll so war es wirklich schön eine Wohnung etwas außerhalb zu haben, wo man zur Ruhe kommen konnte. Einfach ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub mit einem sehr netten Gastgeber. Kommuniziert wurde per Google Translator da kein Englisch oder Deutsch gesprochen wird. Hat aber einwandfrei funktioniert. Schade ist nur dass wir uns nicht mehr unterhalten konnten.

Our home away from home

It was the perfect place for us and our children to stay at. Spacious, safe, clean, quiet, beautiful, with breath taking views and lovely surroundings. It had everything we needed and it was near all the nice beaches and restaurants, but far enough from the noise. Our host, Mario, was very kind and made us feel very welcome and at home. Our kids loved exploring his beautiful garden and watching the animals. We couldn't think of a better and more peaceful place to spend our vacation and relax. Thank you Mario for sharing your wonderful home with us and for your hospitality. We are so excited to come back!

Ttaumhafte Ferien bei San Teodoro

Für jeden, der Erholung abseits vom Trubel der Stadt oder einer Ferienanlage sucht, ist diese Wohnung ideal. Ca 5 Autominuten vom schönen Strand La Cinta in San Teodoro entfernt, liegt diese Wg. direkt an der Verbindungsstr. zur SS nach Olbia u. ist daher auch ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.Wir haben 14 Tage zu viert in der schönen Wohnung von Signor Mario verbracht u besonders die große Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer als auch ins Hinterland genossen. Da die Terrasse nach Osten liegt, kann man sich auch an heißen Tagen dort nachmittags sehr gut aufhalten. Die Wg. ist sehr geräumig u bietet viel Stauraum. Alles ist sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Besonders komfortabel sind die Fliegengitter, die in allen Zimmern angebracht sind. Wir benötigten daher selbst im August keine Klimaanlage, sondern haben nachts die Fenster geöffnet gelassen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, u besonders großzügig werden Putzmittel u Müllbeutel bereitgestellt. Wenn man ein bisschen Italienisch kann, ist es ein Genuß, sich mit dem super netten Gastgeber Mario über die besten agritourismi zu unterhalten. Signor Mario ist sehr gut per WhatsApp erreichbar u. man bekommt bei Fragen unverzüglich Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt u. kommen bestimmt wieder.
