Rates

When making your reservation, please specify the exact number of people. We offer a high standard of service that is perfectly suited to the number of people we have to accommodate. The rooms are King-Size rooms, initially designed for couples. For groups of 2 to 4 people, we offer the 2 main rooms with view. We open the other rooms for groups of 2 more people. If you require individual rooms, please let us know before booking so that we can adjust our rates and service.

We offer a preferential rate for small groups of 2 or 4 people. For groups of more than 4 people, our rates and services will change according to the number of people registered at the time of booking. If, at a later date, you need to be more or less numerous than the number initially planned at the time of the reservation, we will ask you to modify your reservation in order to update your payment.

Description
The villa is located along the cornice of Brignogan-Plages. It is a luxury villa of 200 m2 for 12 people with heated indoor swimming pool, lounge bar, panoramic sea view, 6 king-size bedrooms, 3 large Italian shower rooms, 4 separate toilets, a wooden terrace of 20 m2, a 600m2 enclosed garden, 4-5 secure parking spaces and the large sandy beach only 15m away.

Detailed description
The main floor gathers an open set of 100m2 with living room, terrace, kitchen and pool. A glass wall separates the living room from the swimming pool so as to have a view across the sea and the garden. The living room of 30 m2 is composed of a large dining room for 12 people and a high quality open kitchen separated from the dining area by a standing area. A separate toilet is located near the stairs.
The swimming pool is heated to 27°C, ecological and without the smell of chlorine following a natural treatment by electrolysis with magnesium salts. The pool measures 5m by 3.25m and is 1.5m deep with a 70cm corner mini-beach for the little ones and 4 steps to enter the water. The pool has a view of the sea and is separated from the living room by a glass wall, so that you can watch the movements around it from the living room. The pool has a resting area with long seats for reading and watching over small children while swimming. For adults, the pool deck is equipped with a lounge bar. The pool area is secured by an access door that is locked with the villa's main key.
The first floor consists of a 35 m2 reading room with a large panoramic sea view of 5m60, a dining area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king size beds and garden view, a large Italian shower room with towel dryer and a separate toilet.
The second floor is composed of 2 bedrooms with king size beds, sea view or garden view, a large Italian shower room and a separate toilet.
The garden level floor has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and garden view, a large Italian shower room with towel dryer, a separate toilet, the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a storage area.
Outside, you will find a 20m2 wooden terrace directly accessible from the main living area or by a staircase to the garden. The 600m2 garden is enclosed and sheltered from the wind and from external view. You have at your disposal a car park to park safely 4 to 5 vehicles.
The villa is equipped with wifi and 2 smart TVs of 136cm with satellite link.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
The entrance on the main floor is accessible by 3 steps of 15 cm high and 20 cm wide. The first floor with its two king size bedrooms, its reading room with large panoramic sea view is accessible by a gentle staircase with a resting landing.

Once there, you will not need to use your car. You will find all the shops nearby, food shops, restaurants, creperies, pizzerias and cafes. For the more courageous, you can start the hiking trail GR34 at the foot of the house and walk to Ménéham or La pointe Saint Mathieux.

Booking conditions
Our service includes bed linen, towels and energy costs. The deposit is 1200€ and is managed by the booking platform. We require a holiday insurance policy in the name of the person making the booking and specifying the location and dates of your stay. This insurance is usually provided free of charge by your own comprehensive home insurance. Parties are not permitted and pets are not allowed. Arrivals can be made between 4pm and 8pm. Departures are between 9am and 10am.
