I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It had everything that I needed for one month. It is close enough to the center that you can enjoy that whenever you like. MALAGA is beautiful.

The area has an unlooked for benefit; it's near a dance school. We'd hear ballet piano accompaniment one evening, or group Flamenco practice another. Always enjoyable, diverting. Plenty of water pressure fo showers. Mixed area with presence of street people, but we have them in our home city too. Nice to get away from other tourists at the end of the day.

Pleasant stay in Perchel Norte

We stayed for a week in mid-March, and after three days we were caught in the closures due to the Estado de Alarma over the coronavirus in Spain, so we had to stay in the apartment. Our host was extremely helpful throughout, offering to assist with whatever we needed during our stay, which was very reassuring. The apartment was comfortable, close to grocery stores so we could shop, and very close to the historical center of the city. It is as presented in the photos, and is well- equipped; we would happily stay there again

Great one bedroom appartement very clean in a nice building with elevator very well situated 7 minutes from the historical center of Malaga, 5 minutes from the market . The owner Alvaro very nice person and ready to help, easy to reach and called a taxi for us to the airport even when he was on vacation

Good for a couple, next to old town

Nice apartment for the purpose we had: Only for sleeping the nights as we went full days exploring the city and some other locations. But there is kitchen for those who want to cook. There is laundry machine if needed. And the apartment provides towels and bed linen. Air conditioning works and helps. Álvaro is a great host! He is flexible and most helpful. Many thanks to him. Can recommend!

Great location

Would definitely recommend this place. The owner was helpful from the start, answering my queries, before we booked, then met us at the apartment after our late flight. He made sure to show us around and gave us lots of tips for nice places to eat and visit during our stay. Apartment was clean and tidy, we didn't really use the kitchen very much apart from the fridge and to make coffee, but it seemed to have everything you would need. Parking in the area was quite difficult to find a space during the day, but at night there was plenty of spaces. And the best thing about it was how close it was to the centre, absolutely loved the old town, so many nice places to eat and drink, and the architecture was amazing. I would definitely come back to malaga, and would stay in this apartment again. One negative, and this is not about the apartment, was the mosquitos, they were absolutely huge, got eaten on the first night there so watch out. But the apartment had a bug plug in repellant and that worked like magic.

Excellent stay in Malaga

Nice apartment very near to the city center, parking in front of the house. All equipment available. Good bed. Ideal for two persons, but also possible for 4 people. Very kind owner who gave a lot of information about the wonderful city of Malaga.

Très bon séjour

Appartement conforme à la description sur internet, moderne, lumineux, très propre, très bien situé à proximité du centre historique, immeuble et quartier calme. Tout est faisable à pied. Très bon accueil d'Alvaro qui a pris le temps de nous donner de nombreuses informations sur la ville, les restaurants.. Très disponible. Merci à lui. Location que je recommande vivement.
