Guests love the incredibly comfortable beds, custom tiled bathrooms featuring Italian marble, and flat screen TV's with Direct TV in all the bedrooms and living room. Don't feel like going out? The chef's kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook at home! Pura Vida is powered by 100% renewable energy, and stocked with all natural, chemical free hand soaps and household products. Who says beach living can't be luxurious, comfortable AND earth-friendly?

Add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day! (must request 48 hours or more prior to your arrival) We are your one stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

We love Station Street cottages! The location, convenience, cleanliness is always perfect for our group. We visit Port A every year and staying at the Cottages always feels like going “home”.

Perfect Beach Getaway! 5 Star Review

We’ve been coming to this area for our annual beach trip for years, and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and absolutely perfect for our group. Communication with the host was amazing, responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from start to finish.The private pool was a huge highlight, so refreshing after long days at the beach. The location couldn’t be better; walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and shopping. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips.Already looking forward to booking again for next year. Highly recommend this property!

Family vacation

Good location

Let me start on a positive note, the house is well equipped, plenty of seating! The first half of the week the neighbors were considerate and fun. Thursday the people that came took our parking space we had to ask them to move, brought a speaker and played loud inappropriate music, stayed in the pool being loud until 4:00am. I didn’t think dogs were allowed. There were 3 in the units?? The shower upstairs was moldy and mildewed we spent 2 days trying to get it off, got most of it off. The electric bar under one of the cabinets was hanging by wires, maintenance came and attempted to snap it back on, we never used it as we had concerns. There was no broom or anything to sweep floors, we asked maintenance for a broom they brought one and some mold and mildew remover for us to use. The bathroom carpet was disgusting, so we washed it ourselves. The rugs have stains on all of them, the stairs had hair and dirt all over. When you opened the cabinet it had a strong musty odor... maybe some damp rid in a back corner would help. There are no cake pans or a crock pot.. thankfully I brought my own. The location is great a short drive to the beach, and very convenient to shopping, grocery and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay once we cleaned! Sheets on beds are rough but I had some with me so we just put them over the sandpaper, the mattresses were comfortable. If this is your first time to stay at a VRBO place you would love it, because you might not realize there are so many others that are very very clean! I tried calling and emailing the weekend before our arrival as the hurricane went through on Saturday, we arrived on Monday. I called a friend in Corpus that said Port A was ok!

Stayed here last year for my moms birthday last year and had a blast. Decided to make this a traditional thing every year for as long as possible. Will definitely be renting again next year.

Two flaws -- for a house that can sleep 12 people, having 2 showers is difficult to manage. The parking situation is terrible. You need to find a way to expand it. Once you have golf carts + cars, there is no where to park

Layout was great for a group of 7, ages 17 to 80. Mattresses were were extremely comfortable! It was very clean and I appreciated heads up on extra things to bring. Suggest u have instructions on the downstairs shower and it has regular coffee pot not a keurig. We will recommend to our friends.

Beach bummer

The house is way smaller than it appears in the posted pictures. The property manager is basically unreachable and when you finally get a call back he treats you like you are stupid. Upper bunk sheets were dirty. The walls were dirty. The throw pillows on the bed were stained and stunk. The house was decorated well and it has a very functional layout but the parking and the outside pool area are a mess. The homes need to be power washed and dead trees need to be removed.

We absolutely loved this place! It was in the perfect location, very clean, comfy beds and provided all the space we needed for our fam! We have rented from Port A Escapes each time we’ve come to Port A and will again when we come back 😊

Beautiful, spacious home

After a day on the beach coming back to this house was great. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Kitchen was very spacious. From the kiddos bunk room to the master bedroom you could tell they spared no expense to provide a quality stay. I would have given it a 5 star Overall Review except like most VRBO accessing and operating the television, stereo and cable is frustrating. I would highly recommend step by step instructions. I would also add that the staff was very professional, responsive and offered suggestions to help us quickly get acclimated to the community.

Beautiful but had issues

Overall very nice property but we had a few issues. The futon upstairs was completely broken and unusable and only 2 of the 5 TV's worked. The TV/Sound setup was over complicated. Everything was clean and the house is very nice.

I love everything about the house.. but It will be nice to have an iron available next time.

The house and the area are great. I just like to mention a few little things that may need attention.. the washing machine needs maintenance, the dishwasher needs maintenance, and the master shower as well.

Absolutely loved the place and location. House is pretty much in the middle of everything. Beach wasn't far at all. Restaurants close by as well. Was able to get my moms electric wheelchair in the house as well, we did have our own ramp though. Clean towels and everything you pretty much need. Definitely would rent this place again and would recommend it.

The property was spacious and as advertised. The garbage disposal switch is inside the cabinet below the sink (it was challenging to find) and there could have been more garbage cans (ie) in the rooms. There was no kleenex anywhere in the home.

Family Vacation

This was the first family vacation with my husband’s family. There were nine of us and our stay was awesome! The cottage was beautiful! The picture are exactly how the home looks. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and there is plenty of seating in the family room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the checkin was easy. Jammie Dennis in reservations was a pleasure to work with. We love this place and will definitely return.

Beautiful House on Pura Vida

The house itself is beautiful , the layout was very simple & functional . My family enjoyed our stay & the kids had so much fun in the swimming pool .It was a far walk from the beach especially in the summer time when it is too hot . We were very disappointed when we arrived! The property was not ready at all for occupancy ,housekeeping had to quickly clean the whole house .The Wifi did not work at all with the password they gave & when I called the management nobody called me back to help us out . I certainly would not go back to this company .

Great Place!

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and decor of Pura Vida. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could want. The only thing that we could of used was a broom and dustpan to sweep up with, never found one. Was there for granddaughter's wedding; our house held our two sons , their wives, two small grandchildren, Mother-in-law and my husband and I. Was plenty of room for all of us! Grand kids got to enjoy the pool. Will try and rent again in the future.
