Exactly what we needed!

Our family was able to bond that weekend./ My son and daughter brought their boyfriend and girlfriend. We cooked, swam, fished and had a blast.

Great family rental

Great location, close to town with easy access to restaurants and close to beach accesses! Pool was so nice to enjoy after a day at the beach or while the kids nap! Room sizes and layouts were perfect for our group and house had all necessities we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

This property was in a good location near sonic and dollar general, easy access, clean and beautiful. It provided everything I needed as I traveled with a 2 hrs old, 7 year old and teenager (plus adults). Only 7 minutes from the ferry and perfect distance from the beach entrance. Definitely enjoyed my stay here and plan on coming back.

Great place for a family getaway

What a great little stay for our family. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Everyone was comfortable. Beds were super comfy and we all slept great! The shining star was pool. The perfect size for a family. My kids loved it and can't wait to go back.

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our three night stay. The house was very clean, practical and nicely decorated. The four bedroom/three bathroom layout suited us very well. The swimming pool was very clean with great lighting at night. Short drive to both the beach and the shops. Quiet neighborhood.

Birthday Weekend

The stay was wonderful for us but not our dog. The house states that it’s pet friendly but there was no area for our dog to do their business that didn’t have stickers. There wasn’t much grass and those areas that did have a patch or 2 of grass were covered in stickers. The owner needs to invest in a small area of grass if they are going to call themselves pet friendly.

Great house not so great location

The house was clean and new. It is a beautiful home with great space for our family. There is a lot of parking and the pool was an awesome bonus. There were no extra sheets, pillows or blankets. You have to cross highway 361 to get to the property, if you’re in a golf cart it is illegal. There were so many mosquitoes. We have come every year to Port A and have never had this issue. Overall great house but not the best location.

Decent place would recommend

Our over all stay was good. The pool was definitely nice to have, we had enough space for our family and it was decorated nicely. Supplies was a bit low for as many people that are able to stay in the home, not enough towels or linens, we used the pull out couch and had nothing to make it. Luckily we had brought extra throw blankets for the road trip to be comfy. Otherwise my son would have had nothing to use to sleep. Kitchen was decently equipped with dishes to serve and cook but a hotpad, a couple more dish towels and a sponge in the kitchen would have been nice. We were constantly doing laundry to make sure everyone had clean towels to shower with every other day. The dryer did not work properly. We called and they did send someone out quickly, unfortunately what he tried to do to help the situation didn’t. He said he could come back if we needed. But we just decided not to mess with it a second time. House did stay nice and cool. The beds were great, pillows were very flat and cheap feeling. Thankfully we had a family member come to join later so he was able to bring us all of our pillows. We normally bring them, but we didn’t have space in car this time. I would suggest a heads up when the pool cleaning crew is coming, we planned a pool day but that got postponed due to not knowing it was to be shocked that day. I could have planned accordingly if I had known that. All the WiFi and TV’s provided worked perfectly. All and all I would recommend. Nice place.
