The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close deck umbrella. Remove any products from outdoor shower. Make sure all windows are closed and the sliding door is closed and locked. Turn off Fireplace.
Put all 8 beach tags back in the "Beach Tag" box and place on kitchen counter.
Start the washer with any used linens from the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You are provided 8 beach tags for your use. You will be charged $50/missing beach tag after check out.
Please don’t use the bedding or blankets on the beach. Please do not hang clothes, wet or otherwise, over balcony railing.
The items in the garage on the “C” side or marked with a “C” are for your use.
