Welcome to St Lucia 205 in beautiful Silver Shells

St Lucia 205 is a beautifully decorated, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with 1,369 square feet of living space. The condo is steps from the resort pools and the beach The master suite features a king-sized bed with access to patio and a large walk-in closet, large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The guest suite has a king bed and a spacious closet. The full guest bathroom features a large walk-in shower. There are corian countertops in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. Both bedrooms and the living room have floor to ceiling windows and open to a spacious balcony/paito with outdoor seating for six people. There is free wireless high speed internet service in the condo and throughout the resort. Beach umbrella/chair rentals and water sport activities are offered on-site at an additional cost.
You will have free access to all of the amenities offered at the resort. The beautiful 7,500 square foot lagoon pool is the centerpiece of the resort.
The resort is a short drive to everything that Destin has to offer: There are a multitude of restaurants to appeal to all tastes. In fact, Ruth's Chris Steak House is located at the resort and the Back Porch restaurant is within walking distance. Enjoy the many championship golf courses and Destin's famous charter fishing fleet. Shop until you drop at Destin Commons outdoor mall or Silver Sands Factory stores. Adults and children will love the water slides at Big Kahunas Water Park and the many activities at the Track Recreation Center.

Close to the Beach!

Great condo and community, short walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our several days here and felt we had ample space with the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We would stay here again.

Overall a great stay! This is our second time staying at this condo. A couple of the appliances weren't working and one of the sinks got clogged up very quickly. But other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Condo was comfortable and clean. Larger than what I assumed from pictures. Lots of space. There is a walk to get to pool and beach but being on ground level was very convenient I felt the property has great staff and security.

We loved the condo and it was even prettier than the photos. Very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful decor and loved the 2 king beds and large master bathroom. Lots of closet space as well.

Location was amazing. Condo was very clean. Away from the main pool which was good for us that way we could sit outside and grill. Patio furniture could be updated but they was still comfortable.

This unit was beautifully designed! The jacuzzi was very relaxing, the furniture was comfortable, everything worked perfectly! The view from my bedroom was gorgeous! We MUST book again!!! One of the best resorts I’ve ever been to!

Destin Vacation

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The property was clean, had great amenities with easy access to the pools, playground, and beach. All the guests/owners were polite and respectful of others which made for a peaceful trip. We had a minor issue with the keypad but guest services answered right away and handled the issue promptly. 10/10 would recommend this condo for your next Destin vacation!

Great vacation!

This was our first beach trip as a family of 4 and it was great!! The condo was very clean upon arrival, had a ton of towels and washcloths and even had a pack n play and high chair for our little one. There are two pools. The main pool is HUGE and so much fun! About a 3 min walk to the beach which you can access as soon as you walk through the pool area. Highly recommended!

Excellent condo in a great location!

Very clean condo with LOTS of extras. Unit had a toddler bed, pack and play, and a high chair! Made traveling with littles so much easier. An easy walk to the beach and the pool is really really nice. Unit is ground floor but away from heavy foot traffic. Right next to the grills for easy evening cooking.

Condo was clean, master mattress is uncomfortable. Towels are fresh, decor is comfortable. You don’t have a view of the beach however on the patio you can stand up and see palm trees and maybe a little ocean. If you have little ones 1st floor would be great or if you have mobility issues. It also is convenient that there is an exit door right next to the door to the condo for easy access to outside. Parking spot in garage is spacious and easy to get in and out of. This is nothing to do with the condo we stayed out but upon departure trying to take out the trash the trash shoot was so full I left the trash by the door.

Beach Vacay

This property is just as listed! Beautiful, tall windows and doors make the place seem grand and spacious. Unfortunately, we had a little problem with entering the room and the freezer was inoperable. The management team was speedy and gracious. Quick walk to the beach and pool area, which is needed with an infant. The outside patio could use some furniture improvements, both tables were broken and need replaced. Not a beach view in sight, but it was still relaxing. Both rooms have sliding doors that lead to the patio, making it convenient for all.

Great experience..

The room was PERFECT (other than the fact we thought we had an ocean view when this room does NOT), the property was awesome, and it was in a GREAT location! This room had a high chair and a baby bed for my 20 month old! Would’ve been nice to know beforehand, as we overpacked for him! We also had NO clue about the fobs when we got there! There should be someone present to help you when checking in to guide you around and show you where fobs are needed, where the beach is located in reference to the building, where the pools are, etc.! It took us our first full day to realize how to get everywhere! Once we figured it out, it was GREAT! We will definitely come back and hopefully get a room that faces the water!
