Located on the 14th floor where gulf/beach views can been seen from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom, our 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This condo has all the comforts of home such as Flat Screen Smart TVs with charging stations in every room.

Beautiful tile throughout the entire unit. The kitchen features granite tile countertops with all the utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. New furniture throughout the unit, including new Jasimen mattresses in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. The condo is equipped with stackable washer and dryer, perfect for those extended stays in Destin. We provide 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler, as well as, 4 beach towels. We are no longer able to provide a beach wagon, as HOA rules now prohibit storage on the balcony and we no longer have a place to keep it. The outdoor balcony has a lounger, chairs and a table.

The condo is a middle unit on the east end of the building, giving our guests the best of views... the glistening sand and the vast blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. Plan your day in paradise as you sip your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the sunrise as it shimmers across the crystal clear water.

Pelican Beach Resort is first class with its amenities. The location is right across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, and near many great restaurants. Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools, one strictly outdoor (with waterfall) and an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, kid zone(child care) sauna and a hot tub.

There is an extra large sun deck, great for tanning and socializing, located right next to the Tiki Hut, adjacent to the pool. In addition, there is a work out facility, game room, umbrella and chair rentals, tennis and basketball court, security at the entrance, covered parking, and a seasonal deli/restaurant/convenience store on site.

The resort absolutely has a right to vacate the room if it is discovered that the individual who rented the condo has left the property permanently. The No refunds will be given if this is to occur.
