NEW TO L'ILE ROUSSE
Magnificent sea view and a lot of charm for this house surrounded by vegetation, maquis atmosphere.

Recently renovated, it is ideally located 3 minutes by car from local shops and 4 minutes from the centre of Ile Rousse and the beach.

The house has 4 bedrooms with large closets, including a master suite with dressing room on the ground floor, all air-conditioned.

3 shower rooms - 2 toilets - Living room - Kitchen - pantry - 3 terraces, one covered.

All bedrooms and living rooms have a sea view directly or from a balcony for an upstairs bedroom.

Two of the bedrooms on the ground floor open onto a terrace.
The kitchen and the living room also open onto terraces which allows you to have shaded areas throughout the day.

New equipment: One 160 cm bed - Two 140 cm beds - 2 90 cm beds. (convertible into 180)
TV - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Fridge - Freezer - Wine cellar - Oven - Microwave - Induction hob - Espresso coffee maker - Kettle - Toaster - 2 Hair dryers - Iron and ironing board, barbecue and gas plancha outside...

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the house.

A high chair and a baby cot are available on request.

Rental is offered by the week or fortnight from Saturday to Saturday.
Capacity 8 people maximum.
Check-in time from 4 p.m., check-out 10 a.m.

Possibility to choose the day of arrival and departure.

Casa magnifica, spaziosa, accogliente, pulita, super accessoriata di tutto ciò di cui può esserci bisogno… E anche oltre!La proprietà è sempre stata disponibile rispetto ad ogni nostra segnalazione o richiesta, e altrettanto chi si occupa delle pulizie e del check-in e check out. Delle tre strutture che ci hanno ospitato nel nostro periodo di vacanze in Corsica è stata senza dubbio la migliore e quella che consiglieremmo.

Magnifique

La maison est en parfait état, avec un niveau d'équipement très élevé pour une location saisionnière (climatisation dans tout le logement, four, four micro-onde, beaucoup de vaisselle, bac à glaçon, etc.) La vue est tout simplement merveilleuse, les repas en terrasse avec cette mer étaient fantastiques. Le quartier est extrêmement calme, et la mer se trouve à 3 min en voiture.

Vue, confort, équipements au top

Superbe vue avec un emplacement calme mais très proche centre-ville. Equipements au top, multiples terrasses et solarium il y a de la place. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés pour que tout se passe au mieux. Merci!

La propriété est très bien située à 5min en voiture de l’île rousse. La vue est magnifique, et la maison est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles. Très bonne expérience!

Vacances magnifique

Magnifique endroit pour se détendre avec une super vue sur la mer. Propreté irréprochable tout confort. Très proche , de tous les commerces et des plages De plus les propriétaires sont très disponible et à l’écoute.
