You'll be charmed by the tranquillity of this cottage with its flower-filled surroundings. A haven of peace in the heart of the bustling town of Agde, l'Agate is a comfortable maisonnette just 10 minutes from the beach.

The single-storey accommodation comprises a lovely living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge area with sofa, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, shower room and separate WC. Its large terrace is perfect for sunny lunches. Shared swimming pool in the residence. Linen not provided. Private car park.

Accommodation:
With a surface area of 37 m², the Agate can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is as follows;

Day area:
- Bright living room with large bay window and sitting area with sofa, cupboard, TV.
- Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area with: dining table, 4 chairs, oven, hob, fridge, filter coffee maker, crockery and cutlery...
- Shower room with window, shower (70x70), mirror, washing machine
- Separate WC

Sleeping area:
- Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers
- Bright cabin bedroom with 1.50m-high bunk beds (sleeps 2)

Outside:
- Beautiful stone terrace with dining table and 4 chairs. With its southern exposure and awning, you'll be able to enjoy your meals and aperitifs in total peace and quiet!
- Shared swimming pool and paddling pool in the residence. The swimming pool, which is unheated and secure thanks to the presence of a caretaker, offers you the chance to relax. Access subject to favourable weather conditions and residence rules.
- Private car park in the residence.

Located in a secure residence on Mont St Martin, this maisonette guarantees you a calm and pleasant stay. You'll appreciate its ideal location, just 5 km from Richelieu beach!
All the local shops are within walking distance: a grocery shop, bakery, butcher's and delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. Whether you're a golfer or a keen explorer, the Cap d'Agde international golf course is just a short walk from the house.
For nature lovers, in the Richelieu sector, you can enjoy some lovely walks along the footpaths and along the quays of the ports.

- Richelieu beach, where you can take part in a wide range of water sports such as paddling, jetskiing and water sports... 1.3 km away.
- Cap d'Agde international golf course, 1.2 km (14-minute walk)
- La Conque beach 2.7 km away
- Take a boat trip to visit the Fort Brescou marine reserve, the coast and sail up the Hérault to the heart of the historic town of Agde.
- Discover the town of Sète, 25.1 km away (31 minutes by car).
