Entire space features brand-new furniture, mattresses, appliances, and fixtures. Guests have access to 1 parking spot and shared basement laundry space. Space was thoughtfully designed to offer guests a relaxing stay in our hometown, Chicago! Owner occupies the separate basement apartment seasonally.
