This is a top of the line Custom Single Family home. You will not find a nicer, larger, newer, Single Family Home in Chicago. The house is 4200 square feet, it has 2 decks, an attached 2 car garage (you don't want to walk outside in the winter to get to your car). The master suite is top of the line with 2 huge closets, a marble bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.

This home is also an easy drive to the McCormick Place for Conventions and an easy drive or bus straight down Ashland to the United Center to catch a Blackhawks or Bulls game or other event.

The location of this property is very good and having a 2 car garage was very valuable. The AC and water pressure of the showers worked very well. There was plenty of space for the 7 adults we had staying at this house. The cleanliness of the place needs to improve. The beds need to be replaced or improved.

Passable Lodging in A Great Location

Great location—close to everything and very convenient. However, the interior feels pretty outdated, and the beds and couches were all uncomfortable. With some updates, this place could be much better. Decent stay overall, but not the most comfortable. Totally serviceable for a group of younger/less picky people.

This guy just wants a free place to stay! He showed up and made a bunch of BS claims. He said he wanted a 50% discount. I said if he is not satisfied he should just cancel and I will give him a full refund. He said no that won’t work. It’s obvious why. He had 18 people staying for 4 nights. My rate was $40/person per night total and he wanted 50% off meaning it would be $20/person per night in Chicago…you cannot stay at a Hostel in Chicago for that price. I told him I couldn’t do that but I would do 40% just to make him happy even though there was nothing wrong with the home. Evidently that wasn’t good enough to get better than a 3 star review from this guy-five stars must require free accommodations! Some people will never be satisfied and to make matters worse he left the home in terrible condition and didn’t follow the checkout procedures and I had to pay the cleaning crew to stay for 2 hrs longer to clean up his mess. Don’t ever come back!
