The modern two-storey “Wairau Stone” home is nestled on over 3 acres of lush pasture land, facing East over the protected private beach and the pristine Manukau Harbour. With ample space to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably, this home is perfect for families, couples, or even corporate retreats.

While we uphold a strict 'No Party Policy' to ensure respect for our property and neighbors, we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy their time here. Please note that any disruptive gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.

Perfect spot for family getaway

We had the most wonderful time at Awhitu. The beach down the path was so perfect for all of the kids to explore, the house has so much space for everyone to spread out and so well set up for families.
