A spacious and modern 6-bedroom retreat designed for large families, corporate groups, and visiting teams. Comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests, the home offers generous living spaces to gather, relax, and unwind. Located in Pakuranga, just 15 minutes to Auckland City, Sylvia Park, Mt Smart Stadium, and the Airport. Featuring a full kitchen, quality bedding, outdoor deck, and free parking — ideal for premium group stays, events, and extended visits.
Masina & Moana are our two separate guest homes, both located on the property. Masina is located on the upper level & Moana on the lower level.
Masina has 4 bedrooms (5 beds) and caters up to 8 guests. We have a number of amenities that cater to our different guests. Including a luxurious open plan kitchen, broadband internet and 65 inch SMART TV.
Masina's open plan living room, kitchen and dining area opens directly to a number of great outdoor spaces, ideal for family dinners & bbqs in the summer.
Enjoy lazing on the outdoor dining area on a bean bag or watching the kids play a game in the backyard area. There are a few fruit trees and plenty of space for the kids and family to run around.
Masina offers two Master bedrooms with luxurious King size beds. One has a master ensuite and the other enjoys beautiful views overlooking the property.
The other two rooms are comfortably sized bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other two king singles.
Masina has a luxurious main bathroom for guests, with guest amenities (e.g. haridryer) & boasts a separate laundry room with a laundry & dryer to use during your stay.
Moana has 2 bedrooms (2 beds) and caters up to 5 guests. We have a number of amenities that cater to our different guests. Including a broadband internet and 65 inch SMART TV (Netflix & Disney Plus.) Moana has an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area perfect for our guests.
Moana offers a luxurious Master bedroom with a King size bed. The other room has a queen bed. Moana has a main bathroom for guests, with guest amenities (e.g. hairdryer) & washer/dryer.
There is designated parking spaces and plenty of onstreet parking.
Lastly the property is located close to Sylvia Park & Botany Town Centre, located within 15mins of Auckland City & most Auckland attractions.
