East Tennessee Hidden Gem

From the great interaction with the host, to the appointment & the location of the home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The quiet and hidden location is precisely what we were looking for! This location is ~20mins from downtown Tellico Plains where you'll find friendly people, and plenty of great tasting comfort food, coffee shops, etc... Be sure to slow down in town & strike up conversations with the locals...you'll be glad you did! Downtown you'll find the Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center and the entrance to the winding Cherohala Skyway... I work remotely and even with some heavy rain, the internet connection was rock solid... This is a place we'd definitely love to visit again!

Best trip I've ever booked!

Stayed here for our 15 year anniversary. The land and the property are both beautiful. Our time there was quiet and relaxing. We got lucky with the snow, it just made the amazing scenery that much better. We relaxed in the hot tub and starred out at the snow covered mountains and the sky full of stars and the hustle and bustle of the world just melted away. Suddenly nothing else in the world mattered and we felt more present than we have in a long time. We definitely won't forget this beautiful place. We also enjoyed the community. Spending time in the neighboring towns made us feel as though we went back in time about 30 years. It didn't take long for us to see that the people in this area are some of the best and kindest in the country. The trip was planned to see the Lost sea adventure which was very nice. A must see for sure. Thank you very much for this great experience.
