Our beautiful house offers ample space for both personal retreats and quality time together.
The 3 well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for every family member. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area provides luxurious experience. Spacious family room with tons of seating and a TV and separate living room with another TV is included to make your stay convenient.
Our inviting Patio conversation set and BBQ grill provides exposure to sunlight and nature. Sleep on high-end mattresses, ensuring the comfort you desire.

Safety & Property:

Avoid surprises by looking over these important details about your Host's property.
Our house is Not child proof.
Over night street parking is not allowed. Please park on the driveway to avoid a parking ticket.
We have arranged lawn mowing. Due to rain the lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower
We have arranged snow removal during the winter season. However we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property.
Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
We do not take responsibility of slip-and-fall, burn, or any type of injury resulting from self-actions inside or outside the property.

We have a camera in the driveway", “We have a camera at the front door”, and “We have a camera in the backyard.”
"We can’t guarantee that the camera will be operational at all time for any technical or any other reason.
"We also have a noise monitor. It doesn’t record conversation etc it is only in place for excessive noise."

Additional Rules:

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO PARTY/GATHERING

*NO events or gatherings allowed. Prior to making a reservation, kindly inform us if you anticipate any visitors. This policy is solely in effect to prevent large gatherings. We kindly request that you confirm the number of expected visitors before finalizing your booking.

*We do not take responsibility of slip-and-fall, burn, or any type of injury resulting from self-actions inside or outside the property.

*Before booking, please inform us of your pet (breed and training level). No Cats and Birds allowed due to allergies.

*Smokers: NO smoking inside the house. You may smoke outside. Please dispose of the cigarette butts properly.

*Garbage: Please don't leave more than 2 garbage black bags. There is no restriction on Recycle as long as it's bagged properly.

*No excessive noise in backyard. These rules are only in place for the comfort of our neighbours.

*Late checkout: Please request a late checkout a day before checking out. If it will be possible we will be happy to extend it. Unauthorized late checkout will be charged $40/half hour, this is our cleaner's wait cost.

*Snow removal: Guests are expected to clear snow when it accumulates to 3cm (approximately 1.2 inches) or more. For snowfall exceeding 3cm, professional snow removal services will be arranged. In the event of any delays in the contractor's arrival, please be advised that we cannot assume liability for slip-and-fall incidents.

*Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.

*No shoes in the house.

*No unregistered guests.

*No fireworks on or around the property.

*Please wash and put away dishes.

*Be respectful of neighbours.

*Do not re-arrange or move any furniture.

*Do not take anything that does not belong to you including dishes, furniture, toilet paper, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, utensils, soap, TV + remote, electronic etc.

*Do not break anything inside or outside the property. If anything is broken inside or outside the property, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.

*Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

*Please turn of all lights and ensure windows and doors are closed before leaving property.

*In the event, that a house rule is broken, we will have to request the guests to vacate the property. The entire security deposit will be charged for breaking any of the House Rules above.
