Raglan Holiday Home - Water and Mountain Views

Wonderfully relaxing sunny and happy holiday bach in Raglan situated in a fantastic location right opposite the harbour and next to town.
We cater for adults looking for a getaway destination.

Enjoy your holidays and/or work from here and leave the car parked while you enjoy Raglan's harbour, beaches and cafes at your doorstep.

The harbour is just across the road with a walkway to take you to the Kopua Park and swimming beach just 2 - 3 minutes walk away.There fabulous water and Karioi mountain views from the lounge and deck. The cafes are literally across the road and you can walk to a beautiful safe swimming beach by the aerodrome. The house is an very comfortable beach bach evoking a holiday feel as soon as you arrive. Plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced section.
All the beds are very good quality and very comfortable.
Rates:
We have a 2 night minimum stay.
$195 per night for 2 people, extra $50 per person per night, maximum of 4 people…minimum 3 night stay for long weekends and public holidays.
Easter weekend 3 night minimum stay
We Have 5 night minimum stay from 24th Dec-6th January.
There will be a $100-$250 bond depending on number of guests.

Wi-Fi is available on the property.

This a Smoke FREE property.

Children 15 yrs and over only.

We look forward to sharing our batch with you.

We pride ourselves on the presentation and cleanliness of our home.
We do ask that guests do the dishes and leave the property as they found it before departure and if staying on a Wednesday put out the rubbish and recycling to the sidewalk on Wednesday mornings (collection bags provided).

This comfortable cottage on a main road was a perfect spot to explore Raglan, as the village is just steps away--great for shopping (but sometimes pretty noisy in the evenings--we did stay over New Year's Eve). Hosts were prompt and helpful in communication as needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Being just a few steps from cafes, restaurants and water makes for a great stay. Whether just a couple or bigger family there is everything you need and plenty of room.

Awesome stay, short stroll to town, view over the estuary from deck. Very comfortable stay, plenty of room and everything you need in kitchen. Hard place to leave.

Great location close to town centre

I love the estuary across the road and the closeness of the pub, Four Square and all the cafes. The property is old but very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine and free laundry powder was most welcome. The lounge has an ac and a fire so all weather covered. Really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer

Was a great place for a weekend away. Shouldnt advertise a fireplace then have no firewood especially in winter (we got a cold wet weekend). Shame internet was slow. Other than those 2 wee hiccups is a great wee batch

Grownups at Raglan

Good for adults with mild mobility issues. Stayed with my wife and mother who both have mobility issues and the house was good. There are a few steps but only single steps. We asked on the first evening for a hand rail in the toilet and Chris was around with a handyman next day, they had a really solid rail couriered from Hamilton and installed that afternoon. Marvellous.

We were very happy with our week in Raglan. The bach was comfortable and well equipped and in the perfect location for shops and restaurants. Swimming beaches in the inlet are just across the road and surf is a 5k drive.

Beautiful house right next to town so an easy one minute walk to the cafes or shops. Had a great weekend and Chris and Shannon were very helpful and direct. Would recommend!
