Shared entrance, yet the unit is very private and comfortable as its located in a seperate wing of the main house.
Laundry is to be shared with the host.
No cooking facilities.
Bus route is just outside the house.
Close to Bonds, Reedy creek shopping village, M1, Varsity lakes train station
and Hillcrest, kings, schools.
10mits drive to Robina, vasity lakes and Burleigh shopping malls. 20-30mints to the city,approx.30mints to the Gold Coast airport
