The living area has a flat screen smart TV to watch your favorite programs and a comfortable seating to relax in - a recliner and sofa sleeper. The Bedroom has a King-sized bed and there is a large Full Bath with Shower/Tub combo. The dining area has a glass topped table for 4 or you can eat out on the balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining or having that glass of wine. You can enjoy dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen with all cookware, dishware, and appliances - including that very important dishwasher.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are many tennis and pickleball courts to accommodate our guests. How about a long stroll on 7 miles of pristine white sand and blue waters of the Gulf on of one of our country's top beaches just steps away from the pool. Every night there's a show - our world famous sunsets! Pool is open dawn to dusk.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
