We are the original owners of this beautiful condo, purchasing it from the developer in 1982. Over the years we have consistently maintained and upgraded our condo, including a full renovation which was completed in June 2014. We live in Maryland with our 4 children and 7 grandchildren nearby. We love FMB and know that you will, too!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
