Set on fully fenced grounds with a spacious lawn and garden, the studio features a large, sunny deck complete with an outdoor dining table and sun umbrella—ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors.
A double carport provides ample parking, including space for a small boat, with easy access and lockable gates for added security.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable open-plan living space filled with natural light, featuring a brand-new queen bed and a large fold-out single sofa bed. A 51-inch flat-screen TV can be enjoyed from the bed, sofa, or dining area.
Located just a short, flat 250-metre walk from Coromandel Township, you'll have easy access to local shops, cafés, restaurants, and artisan craft stores.
For families travelling with young children, a highchair and portacot are available on request.

This place had everything going for it. It would have been perfect if it wasn't for the host not getting back to us when we phoned and left them a message.The instructions said the master key was in the lock box which is was, and that there would be another set in the fruit bowl so use and leave the master key in the lock box. There were not keys in the fruit bowl so we would have had a problem if we lost the keys.The TV remote was not there. We rang within office hours (according to the answerphone message) and left a message on the Friday afternoon but did not hear back at all. Saturday was supposedly office hours as well. While we were extremely disappointed not to be able to watch TV, the fact that the host did not get back to us was unacceptable. We know they couldn't just produce a remote but they should at least have replied to our message.

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologise for the lack of communication during your stay. I received a notification advising I had missed a call and that a voicemail had been left, however it did not provide a number to return the call. I listened to the message but unfortunately couldn't hear the details clearly. When I tried to listen again later, the message was no longer available. At the time I thought it may have been someone enquiring about a booking, but I should have reached out to our current guests to check if the call had come from one of them. I genuinely apologise for not doing so. Regarding the keys, we had recently brought the spare keys back to our office after having issues with guests accidentally taking them home. Our check-in instructions should have been updated to reflect this, and we apologise. We also saw your note regarding the TV remote. Our cleaner later found it quite far underneath the couch. We are very sorry, as this should have been found during the exit clean prior to your arrival. We completely understand your disappointment and agree that you should have received a response. We sincerely apologise and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

Fishing Trip

Excellent stay away. Clean, tidy and warm after a days fishing. Been staying at this accommodation for the past 10 yrs and will always be my first choice.

The Studio was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean and the furniture, fittings etc were all beautifully presented. We've spent many months travelling around New Zealand and this ranks as probably one of the nicest, best value places we've ever stayed!

Home away from home, just perfect!

We have stayed here before and pleased to have the opportunity of staying again. Perfect location, ability to stroll down town for a coffee, minutes away from Long Bay. Studio unit had everything we wanted, clean and well presented, again, just perfect! 👌

Stay in this studio 90% of the time we’re in coromandel. Clean, close to everything, good utilities, nice shower and good heating.

Coromandel Studio

Very tidy clean accomodation very handy to township. Unfortunately we were staying on a weekend. As the studio is located opposite public toilets and a public car park we were constantly woken by vehicles coming and going with very noisey engines and occupants. Both of the nights we stayed the action would start around midnight through to about 4am. That aside we loved our stay.

Very clean. Well set out and feels spacious.

Spent two nights there and was impressed with this property. As others have said it is very central and close to all shops and eateries. Supermarket is literally less than a minute walk. Shower has good pressure (a biggie!!)
