- Everything is within walking distance from the house. Park undercover and walk everywhere.
- Enjoy the serenity of the bush, the action on the water and drinks and bbq's on the deck.
- Go to sleep with the relaxing sound of waves breaking on the beach and wake up to birds singing.

Our holiday home is in a superb location in Paihia with spectacular sea views overlooking one of Paihia's most popular swimming beaches.

It is only 10 minutes walk along the waterfront to the village and a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants although guests usually prefer to dine on the deck and enjoy the outdoor furniture, superior bbq, electric awning and stunning views!

The split level home is elevated quiet and private. It contains two bedrooms that are well separated and in the second bedroom you can choose to have either twin singles or a super king. There is a fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, a spacious lounge with leather settees and breathtaking views of the Bay or native bush from all areas of the house. ALL LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.

This house is perfect for two couples or a family of up to five
where the double sofa bed can be used in the lounge.

Extras include Sky TV (with movie and sport channels!), WiFi, CD and a selection of novels, games and puzzles. These will help to make your Bay Of Islands holiday a very memorable one.

This is an amazing place to stay, great unit, large verandahs, great communication with hosts. Walk to shops and restaurants, Woolworths around the corner. Great takeaway fish and chips across the road. The views are uninterputed and amazing. Very comfortable space.The kitchen is well equiped and the bed was very comfotrtable.

Excellent stay, great host, amazing views.

We stayed at this lovely home during Cyclone Tam. If you have to be storm stayed, this is the place to do it. Lovely, clean, well appointed, and spacious with incredible views. Host was so kind and even brought us a portable stove during power outage. Would definitely stay again.

The ocean views were amazing! Falling asleep to the sound of waves was a joy. The house is beautiful with huge windows and decks on 2 sides and was well stocked. Comfortable beds, great shower, toilet separate from shower/tub room, clean, new appliances. It was a great jumping off point to see the Treaty Grounds and museum, a boat ride to Hole in the Rock (we saw whales!), and a drive to Cape Reinga.
