60-square-meter villa with a garden, terrace, and a heated pool from May through September (shared with the owners), air conditioning (heating and cooling), private parking, located 6 km from Vals-les-Bains and 12 km from Aubenas, between the mountains and the southern Ardèche.
The villa features a living area with a TV lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80 m), a TV, and a desk; a bathroom with a shower and toilet; a separate toilet; and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The following appliances are provided: 1 microwave, 1 conventional oven,
1 dishwasher, 1 refrigerator and 1 freezer, 1 induction cooktop,
1 washing machine and 1 dryer, 2 TVs, 1 electric kettle, 1 toaster, cooking utensils, and dishes.

- Outdoor: 1 table with chairs and armchairs, 1 electric griddle,
2 pool loungers, 1 heated pool to be shared with the owners.

-Aubenas, 12 km away, featuring shops, restaurants, an old town with narrow streets and a castle, a Saturday morning market, and a Wednesday night market.
- Within a radius of 3 to 30 km, there are numerous walks and excursions to enjoy. In the mountains: hikes and excursions to Gerbier des Joncs, the Issarlès Lakes, etc.

Terms and Conditions:
- Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday
- 2 adults only (due to the topography of the property, which features a terraced garden with ponds and a well)
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest
- No pets allowed.
