The house was definitely was nice. The host was extremely nice the check in was smooth , the house was very clean , the kitchen was nice and spacious . My family enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

We had the best time! Our host was very responsive, flexible, and kind. The unit was perfect for our group and had ample pool towels, kitchen utensils, and comfortable seating. I would love to stay here again!

Great short distance to Disney parks & Universal (as advertised), wonderful layout of home, enough space for my entire family, and easy access through the gated community. Close proximity to Walmart, Publix and eateries.

Our stay was absolutely perfect ! Home was amazing …beautifully furnished , clean and just as described. Location to both Disney and Universal was perfect ! Communication throughout the whole process was wonderful… received messages back immediately ! Looking forward to coming back in the future !

Just amazing!!!!

BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, WONDERFUL. Location is great quite but kid friendly. The pool was great. Everything was perfect can't wait to come back next year hopefully this same one.

Wonderful!

The property was clean and in a great location. The amenities on the resort property are wonderful. I appreciated that there was adequate parking available, which has been an issue at other properties. Instructions are clearly labeled and the process to check in and out was seamless.

Condo was clean and as described but an incident with the hot water heater flooded part of 2 rooms. The hot water thermostat had been set at over 160 causing the pressure release to flood out overheated water while the heater tried to keep making more. I stopped it by cutting off power and setting the thermostat properly to 120. After inspection the next day (and no hot water for a day) Instead of an apology or refund I was told not to touch any controls. I literally saved an entire carpeted room from flooding.

Exactly as pictured!

This property was home base for our Orlando vacation with 6 teenagers! The home was very clean and well appointed. Close to shopping and Dining. 15-20 minutes from theme parks. Free parking and always a spot available close to our townhome. Quiet neighborhood. The only hesitation I would have in booking again was the community center/pool area. A hassle to get in every day with bag checks and signing in process unorganized and understaffed. Hard to find a chair with people saving and no staff to regulate. So overcrowded it was hard to enjoy. Made a major perk of the resort almost unusable.

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids)truly enjoyed this condo! The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool is a few minutes walk to the resort pool and bar. We would go at 7pm for a quick swim and drink. The 4 bedroom house is so well equipped and managed very well. The beds are very comfortable. The pictures are exactly as pictured. The kitchen had everything (including a blender an s multi-coffee maker) except spices which was mentioned. The supplies provided lasted a few days and some the whole 2 weeks. All pool towels and bath towels are provided along with washer and dryer. Shopping is close by for groceries (order for pick up)and the affordable food and drinks (Ice cream too)at the pool area was fantastic! We would love to come again and relax more in the backyard pool and the resort pool area! We stayed here for 14 days to go to my daughters gymnastics competition, do several days at Disney (10-15 min) and a few days at Universal (20-30 min) and an hour drive to NASA. The location was perfect and the kids loved having their own rooms and a pool to dip into!
