Cascade Village is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the San Juan Mountains. Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.

Pro Tip: Open the windows as soon as the sun goes down in the evenings. Then close Windows and Blinds first thing in the morning to lock in the cool mountain air.
• Due to HOA rules, all units at Cascade Village are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailer parking is not allowed.

Perfect space for summer get-a-way

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for two couples, with a queen bedroom on the first floor and king bedroom upstairs. There was a third room with two twins that could happily accommodate two more people. We enjoyed hanging out on the comfy couches and using the full kitchen to cook meals. Great view of the mountains right out the back door. Property manager was super nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay! Down sides were that there was no AC, but fans were available which helped. No screens on the back door or upstairs windows.

The property was super clean and wonderful. Brandon was a great communicator and immediately responded to our questions. We stayed for 5 days and are looking forward to staying there in the future. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We came into town for a ski trip, the place so so nice and roomy! I had one small issue with not being able to locate some pool towels and Brandon called me right away, I was overlooking them. We want to stay here again! Thanks again for a great stay!
