We had such a lovely time here! Honestly, the waterfront view was completely breathtaking—this place is an absolute gem. The hosts were so friendly and just truly lovely people. We had an excellent stay and would definitely love to come back!

Glen was a great host. Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a every comfortable stay. If I am ever in the area again this would be the first place I would look for again.

Great views and close to downtown

Glen was a gracious host who went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were comfortable. The property was close enough to town that we didn't feel like we were going out of our way to go onto Halifax. At the same time, the location meant that we could escape the hustle and bustle of Halifax for a relaxing evening where we spent our time near Glen's dock looking for seashells with our daughter.

Great view

Our family of 4 stayed at this property for vacation. Glen is super friendly and quick with information for the area. The yard has beautiful view and one could swim in the inlet on a hot day. It’s close to downtown and a reasonable distance to Peggy’s harbor. We would’ve liked a stove and maybe some more serving dishes but we know it’s a kitchenette and the microwave and toaster over provided did accomplish a lot.

Amazing waterfront property in Halifax!

My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights and we wish we had stayed longer! Glen was beyond accommodating and a great host. His property is stunning! Our dogs absolutely loved his backyard, and the house itself was very comfortable. He was very thoughtful with k-cups and stocked necessities. We also got some recommendations from him on where to go and for a restaurant and they were great. If you are looking for a cozy spot near trails and easy access to downtown Halifax, this is your place! Can’t wait to plan a trip back!
