Thank you for your interest in the Sand Trap Beach House. The Sand Trap is located in the prime area of North Beach in the Monroe Park area. It is just steps from the beach. No Stairs or inclines to get to the beach, steps to the concession stand & the swings on North Beach. The Sand Trap has four bedrooms and 2 full baths plus an additional enclosed outdoor shower. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a King bed (a twin mattress in underneath the bed), it features a 2nd story deck that overlooks the lake and the beach. The second & third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The family room & master bedroom have TV's, the house is equipped with wifi, there is a dining room off of the kitchen. The kitchen has all of the amenities that you need. When you first enter the home, there is a small sun room, which is a nice room to sit at the table to play cards etc. The outside front of the house has a patio with two tables and plenty of chairs for outdoor eating.
As of summer of the 2017 Season: We have renovated the Sand Trap. We gutted the kitchen and both of the bathrooms. As of the 2017 rental season, there is a brand new kitchen, two new full bathrooms & new windows in 90% of the house.

Other Amenities: Other amenities: free wifi, A/C (Central air), 3 televisions, cable in family room, smart tv in master bedroom, tv w/ cable in 3rd bedroom. Gas grill, enclosed out door shower, Washer/Dryer. Kitchen: oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker (standard coffee maker & Keurig), blender, everything you need for cooking. Beach umbrella & beach chairs. Bikes are kept at the back of the house for your use but we can't guarantee their condition from week to week. Plenty of chairs for sitting on the patio and for outdoor eating. Max capacity - 8 Adults or 9 total with kids & adults.
