Pauanui Beach Bach - Southern End so close!

Holiday house so close to the south end of Pauanui beach - walk through the adjacent reserve no need to cross the road. Fully enclosed courtyard with an outdoor fireplace and fully covered dining area.

House has everything that you would require for a classic kiwi holiday. Enjoy the outdoor dining area for your meals while soaking up the summer rays.

House is recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom.

House comes with nespresso machine (bring your pods - we provide some),

We hope you enjoy our small, clean, kiwi bach close to the beach.
Special conditions:
No pets please. 5 people max unless by prior arrangements.

Two night minimum stay. 3 night minimum over public holiday long weekend. Standard times - Check in after 2pm on day of arrival, check out at midday on day of departure. If you need alternative times please discuss and we can try and accommodate.

Extras: Cleaner (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

We found the bach to be clean and cosy.

We found the bach to be clean and cosy. It had everything we needed to enjoy a holiday away. It was a short walk to the beach and has a wonderful outdoor area. Perfect for the kids.

Great location and outdoor fire!

Great spot - nicely renovated, close to the beach and well set up for a family stay. Particularly loved the courtyard - shady outdoor table and great outdoor fireplace for the evenings. The weather wasn’t the best when we were there unfortunately, but it was great to have the good stock of DVDs. Thanks! We’d love to come back!

This bach was perfect for our family of four! Safe secure courtyard for the kids and just a few minutes stroll up the road to the beach! It has everything you need! Lots of kids DVDS the kitchen is extremely well stocked for Bach with utensils and appliances etc!

Fantastic location as Southern end of beach is awesome.

Fantastic location as Southern end of beach is awesome. Great outdoor area for barbeques. Was also good to have toys/movies for kids.
