Villa 1 is in a complex of ten units known as "Te Maiki Villa's", situated on the historic Flagstaff Hill overlooking the village of Russell and beyond.
This villa has recently been renovated, is a comfortable holiday home with all day sun, spectacular sea and bush views. Has good outdoor living spaces, a large and very private deck area, a place to get away from it all and relax...
Russell village and it's many local attractions are within walking distance, and good swimming beaches are nearby.
Special conditions:
Price per night based on 2 guests, additional guests $25.00 per person per night.

We loved our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well equipped the villa was, right down to there being a range of seasonings on hand for the night we cooked at home. Trish even provided a fresh bag of plunger coffee and a box of chocolates in the fridge!My 72 yo mum found the internal staircase a bit steep and narrow, but luckily the outdoor stairs were much easier for her to navigate.The location was handy to town and the beach, and the view was stunning. A lovely peaceful spot for our low-key vacation, we didn't want to leave!

Fist Class Stay

We loved staying at Trish's place - a few minutes walk to the Main Street and some great walks/runs to do - with a swim to cool down at the beaches as needed! The house had all we needed and hearing the kiwi at night was wonderful. This is a hidden gem and we hope to be back one day.

The house is perfect for holidays and very tidy. A lot of space to store fishing/beach/boat material and well located with a nice view from a big deck. The owner is on the top, very helpfull. I highly recommend.

We loved our Russell holiday with the most amazing views

Property was spotless with everything we needed. Amazing views, great communication with the owner. The location was perfect... a short walk to the main shops and a 5 min drive to the beach.
