Two kitchens located at each end of the house
Two TVs - one at each end of the house so kids can have their own space, Sky TV
Long deck runs along the side of the property giving direct entry to either kitchen/entertaining areas.
Pool available on site for guests to use at their leisure. (please note this is also used by the residents of the main house)

Prefer no noise after 11pm as is in a residential agreement.
No parties or additional guests staying beyond those booked.
No smoking inside or on the property grounds.
No pets allowed.
No additional overnight guests without prior permission.
