Fully insulated and heated for winter stays.
Within five minutes walk to central Hastings, Hastings race course, Cranford Hospice, Royston Hospital.
Driving distance to farmers market, Splash Planet, Horse of the Year, Art Deco weekend, Mission and Black Barn concerts.
Close to great local restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Short drive into country side and stunning Hawkes Bay scenery and wineries.
Thirty to forty minute drive to two golden sand beaches.
Bring your bikes or hire them for use on the fantastic Hawkes Bay cycle trails.

Our hosts kept us informed from booking to check in, made the process very easy and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well.High standard of presentation from cleanliness to comfortable beds.Good heating/ cooling options. Lovely conservatory to relax in.The house has real personality, from the lovely furniture to the super array of ornaments, pictures/photos of the area to give the house real character.
