Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in an excellent location for the beach, shopping, bars, restaurants and public transport. Lois kept me updated as our visit approached and was very sociable when we met. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment to prospective guests.

Lois is an excellent host. She received us warmly when we checked in and had lots of good tips for things to do in the area. The property is in an excellent location within a short walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, bus stop, and the beach.

Superb location

Location could not be better for those with no mobility issues. Really close to the beach and the village for cafés, shops, and restaurants. The accommodation had everything we needed, and even though a little fragile in parts it provided a peaceful place to chill out. Lois, the owner was friendly and very helpful.

Being a long time commuter travelling to and from the Island has created great friendships and enjoyment of all things “Waiheke” making it a great place to call home and favourite holiday destination. It’s hard to leave and great to return to whether it’s a day or a month away, it’s definitely very special with some magic people and places, to enjoy life!
