The Space:
This luxury studio opens directly toward the bay, with floor-to-ceiling glazing framing the water and filling the room with natural light. The layout keeps everything simple and uncluttered, with a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area, and a seamless flow to the outdoor space.
A fully equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare light meals, and the modern bathroom includes quality fixtures, soft lighting, and a clean, contemporary finish. Step outside and you’re met with open lawn, calm water, and a quiet stretch of coastline perfect for morning walks or sunset views.

Guest Access:
Buses run from Onetangi, stopping near major wineries, including The Heke, before continuing into Oneroa Village and then on to the Matiatia passenger ferry. The closest bus stop is an easy walk from the property, and services run regularly throughout the day.
Taxis, e-bikes, and rental cars are available, but many guests find this central location convenient enough to explore on foot.
The Neighborhood:
Seaside on Waiheke sits in a peaceful part of Oneroa, close to the shoreline and an easy walk to the village.
For coffee or breakfast, guests can head to Wai Kitchen, The Local, or Fenice, all set along the main street with sea views or sheltered outdoor seating. For something casual, Vino Vino offers relaxed dining with a great outlook over the bay.
Lunch and dinner options nearby include Mudbrick and Cable Bay, both known for long vineyard lunches, wine tasting, and views back to the city. The village also offers small shops, galleries, and essentials within a short walk.
Oneroa Beach and Little Oneroa are close for swimming and relaxed afternoons, and the coastal paths around Blackpool and along the headland offer easy places to explore on foot.
The Matiatia passenger ferry is only minutes away, keeping the studio well-connected while still feeling quiet and tucked away.
Getting Around:
The closest bus stop is an easy walk from the property, with regular services running between Onetangi and the Matiatia passenger ferry. Buses stop near the island’s major wineries, including The Heke, Tantalus, Te Motu, Stonyridge, and Wild Estate, before continuing into Oneroa Village and down to the ferry terminal.
Taxis, e-bikes, scooters, and rental cars are available across the island, but many guests find this central location convenient enough to explore Oneroa and the surrounding bays on foot.

The property uses rainwater tanks, so guests need to be mindful of water use, especially during summer.
