Located near the port in a quiet area, 1950s house of 70m2 with veranda of 30m2 and enclosed garden of 400 m2 very bright that can accommodate 7 people. Ideal for enjoying the beach and visiting Normandy.

It consists of:
- On the ground floor: small kitchen, dining room, veranda, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds (passage to access the floor), bathroom with shower, separate toilet;
- On the ground floor (access by miller's ladder): mezzanine with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, toilet with 1 toilet and sink.
- Annex in the garden: laundry room with washing machine and bicycles available.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but may be offered at an additional cost.
Cleaning is optional or can be ordered on arrival at a rate of 90€.
Pets are not allowed.

The house is equipped with, at your disposal:
Washing machine, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, 1 television, plancha, garden furniture.

The seaside and spa resort of Ouistreham is very pleasant and allows many sports and cultural activities:
- Swimming, catamaran/sailing, windsurfing, sand yachting, kite surfing, ...
- Jogging, cycling and rollerblading: nearby cycle path along the coast for several kilometres,
- Cycle path to walk along the main beach or to Caen;
- Completely renovated municipal swimming pool with slides that opened its doors recently;
- Thalasso with indoor seawater pool;
- Small shops and supermarkets nearby
- Fish/shellfish market open all year round;
- Horse riding: walks on the beach and in the countryside, riding school;
- Tennis courts, petanque court;
- Karting;
- Casino;
- Museums.

Requiring a car:
- 18-hole golf courses (Cabourg/Caen)
- Visits to the beaches and landing sites: Pegasus Bridge, Caen Memorial, American cemetery,....
- Visit of the Pays d'Auge: cider route (visit of distilleries), local cheese factories (Pont l'Evêque,...)
- Visit of Suisse Normande: walking, canoeing, climbing, bungee jumping,...
- Visit of Mont Saint Michel during the day.
