House is very comfortable and in a great location with views of the sea. A 5 minute drive into Amberley for all facilities including some great places to eat (D.O.T.I, the Brew Moon, Nor' Wester Cafe to name a few). Mike is a great host and very helpful.

The house was perfectly clean. It has a good supply of kitchen utensils. The setting is wonderful - we had a lovely time looking at the sea, walking by the sea, listening to the sea. The double glazing meant that the sound of the sea was not overpowering. I appreciated the minimal input with regard to signage and instructions. It makes it feel less as if we are staying in someone else's home. We would love to stay again some time.

Perfect beach bach

This was the perfect place to stay whilst on holiday. Very well equipped with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the beach. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful beach holiday.

Fantastic Stay!

I had an enjoyable time staying at the Amberley Beach Front House. It was at a beautiful location and it was amazing to see the sunrise from the beach which is just by the house. Mike and Shirley were very responsive to my messages and also checked in on me when there was a power outage for the whole street. I would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises in the future.

Peaceful, relaxing location with Ocean views

Quiet and relaxing area with direct entry to the ocean shoreline from the house. Comfy beds and bedding. Ample room around the property with great airflow throughout the house. Fantastic views of ocean from upstairs lounge and balcony. Highly recommend.

House great weather could have been better.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos and has everything you need you just need to bring the food you want to eat. Walk out back door to the beach. Great view from upstairs lounge area which we enjoyed due to a couple of wet and windy days on our stay. Great place for long beach walks.

View was excellent from lounge - but only the lounge.Property very clean except for some cutlery and cups which definitely had not been through a dishwasher and had been out away dirty, and also the oven dish which had old fat in it - we left it as it was. Cold windy weather most of our stay and we could not get heat pump to work but did find heaters to use instead. Range hood did not work. Water pump running intermittently and unrelated to our water use. Unless it is shared with another property we strongly suspect there must be a leak somewhere.This property scored highly for it cleanliness and presentation and must be idyllic in the summer.Having a phone number or direct email to directly contact the owners would have meant we could have told them about these things noted above directly which we would have preferred.

Hi thanks for your feedback . We are disappointed to hear dishes, and crockery was put away dirty. We have checked and washed it all today. We will get our electrician to Check the rangehood and heat pump although the heat pump was working today so that may be a programming issue. We note your comment regarding the water pump and will get that checked as well. Going forward we will ensure our contact details are left on site for situations like this. AMBERLEY ADVENTURE

Myself, my husband and two adult sons were impressed the moment we unlocked the door to the house. Beautiful view from top lounge to the ocean, and beaitiful sunrises to enjoy. Lovely big master bedroom, with netflix and firm mattress which was good for my back. We stayed during the unseasonable cold snap in October but cranked the fire up and this warmed the entire house. Our grandson (6) loved walking down the beach collecting rocks and shells. There is also a small playground just down the road for kids too. We loved the house and area and will definitely be back again.
