Kissimmee girls trip

Thank you so much for your fast reply! We had booked a horrible timeshare villa and after looking at 3 more. We found this home and Andrea was wonderful and quick to respond! House was clean and perfect.

Beautiful Home

The house was just what we needed. It was very nice and clean. The only problem that I had during my stay was having to have a QR code to get into the community, and it was not emailed to me before our arrival, but besides that issue, we had an amazing stay.

We spent six days at this property for a quick family getaway and had an amazing experience. The house was impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The property management team was fantastic—responsive, professional, and accommodating. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and the heated pool was a fantastic bonus! This home truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to book again!

The house is very comfortable, well located and its distribution is very practical. The two things worth of mentioning is that the vertical blinds need some maintenance and that the chairs at the dining table are too fragile, especially for a rental home.

Fabulous, clean property

We booked this last minute and the staff were great at making it happen quickly for us. The property was spotless and like a home from home. Lots of utensils in the kitchen and Tupperware to take sandwiches to Disney. The beds were really comfortable and the Air conditioning was great. The pool area although not huge was great for us and a lovely view over the lake. I would definitely recommend this property. There were 4 of but it could easily have slept more. Overall great Villa I would stay again

Supplies towels but not wash clothes and that is not mentioned in booking confirmation. Being able to speak with someone after hours is not possible unless you leave a message or send a text message.

TLC Required

Although we enjoyed our stay, it is clear the property is in need of better care. For example, the pool furniture was disgusting and needs to be replaced, there was mold on the underside of some of the cushions and it’s clear the cushions are quite old. The were a few issues with the property during our stay but the management company was quick to send out maintenance staff. With that said, when we arrived we noticed a significant tear in the pool screen enclosure and we reported it right away. Despite reporting it was never repaired during the weeks we stayed at the property. The pool was well maintained by pool staff but the pool area needs a good cleaning.

Worset company I have every used

We rented a house for our family vacation. Got to the house and someone was there. This company moved us to a house that was smaller than what I paid for and didn't have Amenities I paid for. Then told us we have to be out before our trip was over. So I had to find another place to stay at to finish our family vacation. I won't use this company again. When we got to the house we rented I contacted the company to inform them there was someone in the house. They had me go take pictures to verify I was at the right house and to show proof there was someone in this house. I don't know to why I had to risk my life and my family's life to do their job. Now I can't get this company to reply or contact Expedia back to get my money for the nights that I paid for that I didn't get to use.

The home was excellent for me and my family. The only thing we had an issue with was the air conditioning unit because it was a controlled system that was ran by the host. It was a bit warm at first but the host fixed the issue after I asked if it could be turned down so it can be cooler . And they did not provide rags but it have towels.

Bis auf kleine Mängel…

Wir haben das Haus für 1 Woche gebucht. Haben für Poolheizung und BBQ extra gezahlt. Pool war warm, BBQ konnten wir leider die ersten 2 Tage nicht nutzen weil er vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt wurde und auch abgesperrt war. Das Bett im Masterbedroom sollte unbedingt überarbeitet werden! Bei jeder Bewegung macht es laute Geräusche! Leider wurde der Müll nicht regelmäßig geleert, so dass wir die halbe Woche den Müll vom Vormieter vor dem Haus stehen hatten. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Supermarkt kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Trotz der kleinen Mängel können wir das Haus empfehlen und würden es auf wieder mieten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super! Barbara war sehr kompetent.
