It was very easy check in and great communication with the host. The place was clean, and exactly as described. Perfect for our visit. Kids really enjoyed the community pool, lazy river, and volleyball.

Location is great and rooms were big enough to accommodate 11 people. We stayed for about a week but there was no extra toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bag for our large group. There was no washer or dishwasher detergent either. There was no extra bath towels for our long stay so we had to wash them but then the dryer stopped working the 2nd night we used it and the host was unresponsive. We had to go to the 24-hr laundromat. The curtains need to extend to cover the windows and back door.

Hello Amy Sorry you thought “extra” toilet paper and paper towels were included in your stay. We generally leave a beginning supply of paper products in each bathroom and kitchen but it’s the guest’s responsibility to purchase their own supplies as every group is different and we are not responsible for extra shopping. Please keep that in mind for your next rental. Also i think the APP wasn’t working well because I never got any message about the laundry dryer. Its best to call do those things. Thanks Yira

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee at your condo. There was plenty of space for us in the condo, the living room furniture and the beds were all very comfortable. Our only concern was that the pool heater doesn’t work which made it so we couldn’t use the pool since the water was so cold. Having the personal pool was something we were looking forward to so this was disappointing for us, especially since it was known for a while and not fixed.

Lovely home

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean. The floorplan was perfect for privacy and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate 3 women. The pool was wonderful place to relax. The community amenities were fantastic. I highly recommend this property.

Clean and easy check in process and amazing property with fantastic pool. Owner was terrific and worked hard through an unfortunate and uncontrollable situation. Despite that minor hiccup the owner took care of it and us as guest. Would definitely book the property again.

The location and house was great! Perfect for a short Disney vacation with the family. The pool outside stayed miraculously cool and didn't heat in the scortching sun. The only negative comment was we were missing top sheets from the 2 twin beds. Everything else was perfect!

Short stay for cheer comp

This was a great place to stay with the private pool and all of the community areas a available as we didn’t have time to go to the parks or any other extra activities so it was nice to be able to at least enjoy the pool areas. The only small issue was not having any of the basic needs like trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. if we would have known we needed to bring those items with us we would have. But the kitchen had all the other items we needed to make meals.

Lovely house, great location!

We had a great time at this property. Our group was not so big (5 adults and 1 child - 7 years old), but the house is big enough to accomodate more people. It´s exactly as the pictures shows. It´s quite close to Disney Parks, specially if we consider other properties we have stayed in the past. There are also several supermarkets and shops very close by. I think the best way to summarize my experience is to say that I have plans to stay again at this same property in the future.

Everything was good, there are no kitchen towels and not enough wash cloths for each guest that the house can sleep. There are not 2 double beds in two rooms as listed, but one double bed and one twin. Thank you for sharing your place!
