This home has been owned and loved by a well known Rotorua family who have recently redone the kitchen and bathrooms to a very high standard. This property also features on my 2 Lakes Holiday Rental site if your preference is to deal directly without fees. For anyone who is looking for real comfort with the owner's chattels rounding off the perfect setup. Good comfortable beds, the property can sleep up to 12 with the help of a fold out bed and sofa bed. The master bedroom has a delightful ensuite plus a full bathroom upstairs to service the other bedrooms. The master bedroom's 2 super king singles can be put together to make a Californian king sized double bed, plus 2 additional singles in this room with another bed under this so that can be made into a double as well. There is a cot (old style) in the closet in the Redwood bedroom plus an extra single bed. The middle bedroom has great city and lake views and an additional fold down bed in the closet and a rollaway bed as well. At the rear of the house the BBQ area is set privately and will be well used over the summer months!! If its golf clubs, mountain bikes, jet ski-is or whatever there is a large roomy double garage to stow your gear. Also a full sized beer fridge in the garage. This really is the place for 4 + couples to come and enjoy Rotorua for a golfing holiday or whatever they fancy!
