CHARMING VILLA, SEA VIEW, EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION, HEATED POOL

CASA AGHJA: A contemporary villa combining wood, glass, and concrete in an exceptional setting. 200 m² of living space, all on one level, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Sagone stretching all the way to Capu di Fenu and the horizon.
This home, part of the Casa Turrigiani estate (three villas built on a plot of over 6,000 m² following the principles of the Hippodamian plan), features its own private, heated (weather permitting!) 10 m x 4 m saltwater pool.
Featuring 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (see the description!), each with its own bathroom or shower, it can accommodate up to 10 people in a luxurious setting. The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room, and all rooms have direct access to the terrace.
A short path through the maquis leads to a picturesque cove, just a five-minute walk away.
The expansive beaches of Sagone, its harbour, and the shops of this small seaside town are all located less than 500 metres away.
Just a few metres from Sagone’s famous defence tower, this estate combines the untamed charm of a magical setting with the amenities of a true tourist destination. It’s 35 minutes from Ajaccio and its international airport, Porto, and the Calanques de Piana; 12 minutes from Vico, with its mountains, lakes, and rivers, as well as Cargèse, with its beaches and churches; this setting has everything to welcome you and inspire your dreams...
