This is truely a peaceful place to enjoy your holiday time with family and friends.
A home that is well equipped to accommodate two families (up to 10) comfortably and extra space for more people as required.
A thoughtful layout and fantastic socialising area with indoor / outdoor flow to the estuary waterfront ensures your stay is easy and enjoyable.
Patios on all sides of the house enable you to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The garage is fully insulated and carpeted to add warmth and an additional sleeping area as agreed. At the end of the property the kids can play in the sand, the park and swings, or you can take out the kayak or paddle board (outside hot/cold shower for convenient cleanup after the beach), a short walk around the waterfront to the main beach, or take in many of the local attractions.
***The three week Christmas / New Year holiday period is booked in three slots of 7 days. All other holiday periods have minimum night stays. Please enquire for your dates.***
*Fibre broadband with Netflix Guest Account.
*Pet friendly with prior approval-guest to pay for any damages.
*Some life jackets are supplied. Guests must supply their own life jackets that fit to their size.
