Cooks Beach Escape, Cooks Beach

Comfortable sunny 3 bedroom beach house located in the center of beautiful Cooks Beach, ideal for families. Ample off street parking, room for the boat. Huge enclosed deck. Kid friendly - front section fully fenced. Fireplace for cosy winter nights. Only a 4 minute flat walk from Cooks Beach. Handy to d chip shop, cafe, reserve and boat ramp.

It is ideally situated and a short drive to Hahei Beach (15 minutes), stunning Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. The township of Whitainga with it's craft shops, galleries and cafes can easily be reached by a 3 minute passenger ferry ride nearby. Great boating, diving, fishing and swimming. Enjoy the many bush and coastal walks in the area.

Special conditions:
Minimum two night stay. Long weekends/Easter $295 per night, (min stay 3 nights). New Year period - minimum stay 7 nights, families only.

Linen is available to hire at a cost of $80 per per stay (up to four people, then $20 per person). Otherwise please supply all of your own bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and tea towels.

A cleaning fee of $105 will be added to each booking.

Great home away from home

Lots of room! Great outdoor area and with a tractor and trampoline for the kids to play on. Great location. Super close to beach and village shops. Highly recommend!

Awesome house

Excellent location, beautiful home for families going on holiday. What ruined our stay was checking in cause the key was stuck in the stud and we were there till 3am in the morning. My other problem was shower & toilets 😫 we weren’t informed from the owner that we had to reset the pump every time when theres no pressure in the shower. Luckily i had a friend that stayed 3 houses down and we walked there every time for showers. We had an awesome time at cooks beach and loved the place that we stayed in beside the caios with water etc

It’s a nice place in a nice place

The house is well located in a really nice beach area. We spent most of the days out but the house had everything we need during our stay. Surely we would go back.

Perfect homely batch

We had an amazing stay at this house, we spent 3 nights for our daughters 3rd birthday, with grandma aswell, there was more than enough room for all of us, our wee girl spent her first night in a bed but there was a portacot on hand if we needed it. Well equipped kitchen. Fully fenced safe property. Angela was awesome to deal with, answered all my questions, check in was easy, check out was great having someone check us out to know we had done everything expected of us. My favorite bach iv stayed in to date! Great location! Would love to return one day! Thank you Angela for sharing your wonderful bach with us!!!

Rainy day stay

Exactly as advertised, worked great for us. Owners offered us another night as we were flooded in, which was very nice, however we did not not required this. Big thanks for thinking of us though.

Great location

The Bach is in a perfect location. 2 minutes walk to the beach, local shops opposite and a short drive to the ferry crossing, Hot Water beach and Cathedral cove. I just felt that although our stay was comfortable, the property would benefit from some TLC. The DVD didn't work, the toilet door handle fell off several times and I'm not sure how thoroughly it is cleaned as I found some shorts in the bedroom from a previous occupant.

Ideal family home in Cooks Beach

The house was in a great location in Cooks Beach, across from the shops and 2 minutes walk to the beach. It was clean and tidy and Angela was great at dealing with last minute requests like linen, (thank you)! We would definitely come back again!

Great place for a family holiday.

This was a lovely property and had everything that our family of five needed or could want in a holiday home. It was tidy, homely and very spacious. Fantastic location with a quick short walk to the beach and shops just a few hundred meters away. We would stay here again.

Spacious in great location

Great sized bach. Very warm and comfortable. Local shops just over the road and easy walk to beach and quick drive to ferry made it a great location for everything.

This was a greatbpace for our first holiday with our daughter. It had everything you needed in it and so much room. So handy to shops takeaways beach and all. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again sometime. Great communication with manager too. Thanks again for a great experience! :)
