Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac this two storey beach house is a mere 300m from Buffalo beach. Located close to Whitianga town for restaurants bars and cafes and the lost springs hotpools is within a short walk. Great north facing deck to relax on with fenced garden area for kids to play. 5min drive to supermarkets. Room to park the boat and car.
Easy base to explore Whitianga for boating, fishing and diving with a safe beach for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking on the doorstep. Only a 30min drive from other Coromandel attractions such as Hotwater beach, Cathedral Cove and Cooks beach.

Great home, we are an adult family so it was fantastic having plenty of space and 2 bathrooms.
