Private family beach house

Ha Hei has one of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand and Pa View is only a 5 minute walk from it's white sands and clear blue water. A short drive will take you to Hot Water beach to enjoy the springs and surf or over to Whitianga township.

The bach is walking distance from beach, shops and amenities, it is the perfect location to enjoy all that Ha Hei has to offer.

Open plan living with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs means there is plenty of room for everyone.

With a private fenced large garden, sunny deck and clean modern house all you need to do is to sit back and enjoy.
Special conditions:
Please be aware that this is our family beach house so please treat it with respect and care.

If you do have a pet we do not let any animals upstairs into bedrooms and please clean up after them in the garden.

There is a trampoline however please be careful and use at your own risk.

Extras: Cleaning (Optional, NZ$95 per stay); Linen (Optional) can remove costs if you prefer to bring your own.

Well located and equipped Hahei property, but

Listing seemed photo-shopped. Basic, as in chipboard flooring (noisy), table that seated 4 not ideal for group of 9. Great pantry with useful range of cooking basics. Parking an issue when wet as all on the lawn. Shower drainage partly blocked. Steps to entry hazardous/slippery - needs safety rail.

Thanks Roger, we weren't aware of the drainage so will check. Unfortunately most of the bachs in Hahei just have parking on the lawn. We've had lots of rain so not surprised it was wet. Sorry you didn't like the flooring, we love it as easy with kids coming in and out. The table actually extends to seat a larger group. Definitely no photo shopping - in fact haven't updated photos with newer bathrooms.

Keri was great at communicating. She went the extra mile to make us welcome. The house was great and perfect location, pet and family friendly. It was nice to have lots of room and a breezy house (not stuffy and hot) for summer nights. 5 min walk to the beach. Thanks for the great stay.

Great bach in a great place

Really great bach - 5 minutes walk to the beach and the shops. Lots of space for the kids to run around in the garden, and great outdoor shower area. Fibre Broadband also a hit with everyone.

Beautiful Hahei

Really enjoyable stay and lovely property. Only issue was it was hard to find at first as the property is back off the road - and we weren't sure if we should park on the grass or not. Lots of room and well set up. There was no gas in the heater which was a shame - but the other heaters took the chill off. New showers were great! We really enjoyed ourselves thanks.

Fabulous beach bach

Great house for our family to enjoy some time at the beach. Comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. short walk to the beautiful Hahei beach with a local shop and takeaways/restaurant also nearby. We loved our stay in Keri's place. The deck, bbq and garden were lovely to spend time in and it's an easy walk to the beach. Super quiet and relaxing. Keri was amazing to communicate with, and always got back to us quickly with a response.
