Wipe down shower with squeegee after use. Remove shoes before entering studio.
Please remove all rubbish and place in purple bin at bottom of concrete stairs. Close all windows when vacating.

We stayed for three nights over Christmas, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was within walking distance to the town and a short easy drive to mount Maunganui. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property in a great location. As per other reviews no air-con so can be very warm in the summer (no fan either) but we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Pros: Clean & tidy, comfy bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen, good location, close to town, good views, park across the road. Cons: Bit of a hike up the stairs to 3rd floor with lots of bags in the rain, venetian blinds a bit worse for wear, blackout roller blinds would have been nice, no air-con.

We stayed here during Aims games and the location was perfect and easy to get to and from the Mount. Amazing view. Very clean, tidy and as advertised. Close to restaurants. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Overall beautiful place to stay and will book again. 😊

Nice modern 2-person studio apartment. Clean and tidy. Easy to keep tidy aswell. Quiet, considering how close it is to town. Windows on 3 sides of the apartment. So quite hot when I stayed. There are over 50 stairs to walk up and down. Some outside, some inside. And it was still a nice place to relax in

Almost perfect.

The location, the views, the cleanliness, the equipment level all exceed expectation and were fantastic.However, had I known that 2 of the 4 flights of stairs were outside, I would not have booked due to my fear of heights in an outdoor situation.Also, although stairs are not generally an issue for me, I was unable to properly use the handrails because of the cable ties, nor could I help my husband carry luggage.

Great view

The property other than the stair case was stunning very clean and warm, great view and equipped with everything needed to cook and clean, including washing machine, dryer, vacumn extra towels and linen. Wifi and pay tv and a whole lot more for a very comfortable stay. The stair case though has its own hazzards so dont wear socks on last 2 flights up to the unit as they are polished floors and very slippery. Lots of parking spaces and great neighbours. Not a great 1st impression of the owner hence my rating but all and all great wee spot. So still very happy with our stay.

Not a great impression of the owner as i confronted her for smoking in the apartment! And even tho she promised me she wouldn't do it again, she proceeded to smoke in the bathroom instead. She also smoked in the bed and burnt holes in the linen. Don't rent to this woman if you don't allow smoking as she will smoke anyway.
