Phillip, We are so happy you think we have an "Awesome Place"! The housekeeper assigned to this home takes great pride in the cleanliness of her assignments. That pool was enjoyable after a day at the ball fields, I am sure! We hope your team won and hope to see you next year for the same event!

Great location

We enjoyed staying here. Had to have the manager reach out to homeowner to “unlock” the thermostat but otherwise everything was great!

We are so glad you enjoyed the Flirty Flamingo! The in-ground pool, the fire pit, the outdoor eating area, and the grills allow one to enjoy the grounds and never have to go anywhere! AND, the beach is a block away so you can stroll down and watch the moonrise over the eastern sky and reflect on the calm evening waters of the Gulf. It is such a paradise!!

This home was perfect for our family of 6! We had tons of room to stretch out, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes and utensils that we needed. We loved the pool and how close it was to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great place

Check in was easy. Kitchen was well stocked and toilet paper/paper towels were provided. Washer/Dryer was a PLUS. Pool was kind of small for a family of 6 with grown kids but we still enjoyed it! Place was spotless, pool could use a good cleaning. Very nice house!

Father's Day Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for Father's Day 2026. The house is beautiful on the inside and clean. The decor was beautiful. The only issue we had was the TV remotes wasn't working for TVs. The pool was dirty. They did send somebody out by the second day we were there to get that together. Other than that our stay was great. The kids enjoyed their weekend with their father and that's all that really mattered. If I decide to stay in the area again I will rent again. P.S.A....THE HOT WATER FOR SHOWER IS BACKWARDS. BIG THANKS TO FLIRTY FLAMINGO FOR HAVING US.

Great Place - a couple notes

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were great! Tvs in all the rooms, comfy living room. Overall our stay was great! For reference, a couple of minor necessities they dont provide would include: more than 2 garbage bags, extra TP, zip lock bags, and any spices you'd like in the kitchen.

Thank you for your wonderful review. We are so happy you made wonderful memories at Flirty Flamingo! Did you enjoy the pretty in-ground pool?? We try to place multiple places on your paperwork that we do provide starter setups of bath and kitchen essentials as a courtesy, but we ask you to supplement what you need after that with your own items. We hope you got to spend time leisurely walking on the warm, white sand as the tide nipped at your feet. Did you get to pick fresh oranges and lemons from the citrus trees?? I bet more fresh lemon pies have been made at this wonderful property than any other place on our entire coast! We look forward to your return to Flirty Flamingo. See you soon!!!

The Flirty Flamingo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very nice and close to where we needed to go. I will say there were a few things that could have been better. The information said there'd be laundry detergent to wash the beach towels as requested, and there wasn't any, so we had to go out and buy some. There were no extra garbage bags and toilet paper, and there was no firestick remote for the living room TV. The rule book for guests said we were to o ly use the firestick remote and they weren't interchangeable. So we had no TV for our little girl.

We enjoyed the pool and was happy to have it as, the A.C. wasn’t working properly. We were experiencing extreme heat conditions at the time. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but we survived because of the ceiling fans. The property manager, Charlotte, did everything in her power to help make us comfortable including offering to put us in another rental. She did get an A.C. guy to come the next morning and he said their was a leak and the unit was old and needed replacing, he put freon in and that helped cool it down plus a good thunderstorm kept it cool enough to sleep well that second night. Over all the property definitely needed some maintenance in the kitchen, the oven door did not close properly and could have been a hazard if used. The kitchen was stocked with your basic necessities for cooking, pots, pans, glassware, cups and utensils. It was clean and equipped with a nice washer and dryer and plenty of pool towels. If they can replace the A.C. Unit and fix the stove, we would be happy to stay again.

House is cute but fleas and communication and how it was handled ruined it.

The house was super cute and a great space for our family and friends. We enjoyed the pool space and were having a great time. A couple days in we noticed bites on some of our legs and then noticed a flea in the 1 yr olds hair. At closer look there were fleas eggs in her head. It was disgusting. Pest control couldn't come in and moving all of our items wasn't really an option. So we bug bombed on our own and evacuated at dinner time with a 1 yr old at her bedtime and another kid who was sick at the time. Had to wash all the linens and sheets when we returned. If that wasn't bad enough the communication with the property manager has been horrible. Hasn't responded to my emails, calls, on what will be refunded and how we will make this right. Such a bummer to trust that we are going somewhere nice to spend our vacation and this is all we remember. I hate leaving a bad review but with how this was handled I can't not say anything and have this happen to someone else.

Loved the Flirty Flamingo

We loved the house and location. We had a group of 6, 4 adults and young children, and everyone had a good time. I think the only slight con was that we had to go buy toilet paper and trash bags because what was provided just wasn't enough for the group. When we had problems accessing the grill and pool toys, the owner was quick to respond. All of us would return to this property.

2nd stay at Flirty Flamingo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we had a great time and we love the location and the amount of space at this location, it didn't seem as upkept as last year. The yard needed mowed, the ac as the very best kept the house at 76-77 degrees. My mother in law had to sit in front of a fan the whole time we were there. When speaking with the neighbors we were told their houses were not having the same issues, but when i contacted the rental company was told all houses were like that and that they could bring some fans. When paying 5000 to stay a week somewhere i expect the ac to work correctly. the trash dumpster is missing the lid so trash blew out and had to be picked up. Good points were still have lots of ammenities with beach items and games.
