Very spacious house, spread over 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, all with ensuites and airconditioning. Modern furnishing throughout. There is a fully enclosed patio with heated Jacuzzi. The main bedroom has a balcony that overlooks a park. Within walking distance, there is a large park. The first level consists of a large kitchen, dining table for 10 and a bedroom and bathroom with wheelchair access. The house has a large study with airconditioning, suitable to comfortably work remotely.
