Kindly throw all trash in the corresponding thrash bin (bio-waste, recycle, normal waste) located outside the entrance. Thank you
Close the door firmly behind you and press the lock button on the lock key pad. For the manual key, kindly leave it on the door knob
PLEASE make sure all lights and power are turned off, turn off water, bulb, stove, fan, TV, and any other device before leaving thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO loud noise, smoking, drugs, vaping, parties
No fighting, car parked at owners risk,
Don't flush pads or anything to block drainage
