Great location and kid friendly. Host was easy to communicate with. Some attention to cleaning required and a bug spray would help as me had many eight legged friends. Well worth the money.
We had a lovely stay! The house was very comfortable and clean. Nice to have the fire pit outside and wood fire inside! Weather was chilly but we were super comfortable!
Host was an amazing communicator with his place being one of the few places that supplies linen on the Peninsula which was excellent quality and beds were very comfortable. Back yard was spacious and clean with the deck a great place to chill. Bathroom very clean updated & nice amenities dont let the “beachside shack” outside appearance fool you! Well done Paul
This is an older style weekender in a quiet and convenient location. It is kitted out comfortably and is well-equipped although some of the kitchen and outdoor fixtures are starting to look a little worn. The bathroom is modern and the kitchen has most things you need. The bedrooms are small but the bed we used was comfortable. The deck overlooking the large back garden makes a pleasant outdoor eating area and the leafy environment attracts birdlife. The house is great for one or two adult couples and would also suit families. The host was helpful and responsive.
Thanks Paul! We had a relaxing time at your place. It was spacious and clean with plenty of room and a beautiful garden. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and the bbq did a great job. Your communication and checking in was much appreciated. We would love to stay again, hopefully longer next time. Cheers, Jon and family.
What a great spot to explore all that this lovely part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. The house is set up very comfortably with room to move. Loved reading in the relaxing hammock and floppy outdoor beanbags with the sound of birds in the air. (Children would love the large grassy garden for safely playing) We had very hot weather and the air conditioners worked well. Enjoyed being a stone's throw from the general store and walks to the iconic forest with the Pines. Paul was a most thoughtful host. Highly recommend staying here!
Very well set out home suitable for families and individuals. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck next the BBQ having breakfast with the rosellas visiting. The large spacious backyard with trampoline for the kids to play on was popular.
We walked to visit our friends at the caravan park and enjoyed our time at the beach.
On the Sunday morning the market was on with lots of stalls, music and activities just at the end of the street.
The house was well equipped with children's toys, lego and basic cooking supplies. The washing machine and washing line were handy so we could come home with nothing left to do.
