- This 3-story home requires exterior steps to enter. While 2 bedrooms are located on the main level, additional interior stairs are required to access the rest of the sleeping areas on the 1st and 3rd floor
- Wildlife may be present during your stay due to the property's wooded surroundings. Wildlife includes but is not limited to deer, bears, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and insects
- Per HOA, vehicles must not be larger than a class 2 vehicle type
- Any guests bringing vehicles will need to provide information to the Guest Contact prior to arrival for vehicle/gate registration
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located at the front door, facing outward toward the front entrance. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera will continuously record video and audio while guests are in residence
- The community offers amenities for an additional fee paid on-site, including a $20 wellness pass, racket ball at $35, bocce for $30, golf access for $122 (includes cart fee & range), and fishing for $20. Boat rentals are available with Jon boats at $40/hour
and pontoons at $100 for two hours. Kayak or paddleboard rentals are available for $20. Pool access is $8, or opt for the indoor pool at $10 or the beach club at $20
